Possible Causes and Symptoms:

• Avian Pox:

  This viral disease can cause warty or tumor-like growths on the head, legs, wings, or other body parts. These growths are often grey, pink, red, or yellow. Birds with avian pox may also show signs of depression, dehydration, and vision problems. 
• Feather Cysts:

  These occur when a growing feather gets trapped under the skin, forming a lump. They are typically oval or elongated swellings involving one or more feather follicles. 
• Tumors:

  Tumors can develop in various locations in pigeons and may cause lumps on the legs or wings. The appearance and symptoms of tumors can vary widely. 
• Bumblefoot:

  While primarily affecting the feet, bumblefoot can cause swelling, redness, and black or brown scabs on the foot pads, which might indirectly affect the legs.
